My sincere condolences to the Dehner family. Irene was a strong lady. I enjoyed visiting with her the short time I knew her. Thanks for welcoming to the family Irene. I know you are at peace and happy to be reunited with the ones before you. We all are so lucky to be a part of your family. You will never be forgotten my friend.

I was related to Irene through my mother, Nettie Erickson Holtan Iverson. My dad was the late Lyle Holtan, raised on cattle ranch near Raub ND. I have four older brothers, Arlin, Donald, Byron, & Carlyle. My condolences to the family and friends. I last seen Irene when she came to get parts at Pete’s Tractor Salvage near Anamoose ND. I lived in Drake at the time and we had a nice but fast visit and supper.

Irene used to write my, mom, Frances Dehner. Mom passed away October 8th. My dad, Robert, was Leon's cousin. His dad, Florenze was uncle John's older brother. I wish I could have met her. She sounded like a special lady. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
