We delivered Jim’s mail for many years and one day while speaking to Jim he told me he was getting ready to go hunt Javelina in Arizona, I believe. A few weeks later I seen him again so I asked him how his hunt went and he said “I went all the way to Arizona to shoot a 35 pound pig”. I sure got a kick out of that. I pray for the family and hope they always remember the good times they had and never forget that this is not the end.

Very sorry to the family for your loss !! I first knew Jim when I was an eighth grader from Kenmare and I stayed at his home because a blizzard in Stanley caused the teams to stay overnight after the eighth grade BB tournament !! Jim was a good man and I was happy to have known his family through the Stanley school system !! Our prayers and thoughts are with the family !!

Jim made this for Dad in memory of Pinto
Dear Mary and Family, Jim was a great friend of our family and especially of my Dad (Shorty). I have many great memories of deer camp at the farm with them both and a great story about the buck named 'Pinto'. Jim was a true sportsman! Craig, Carla, Dawn, Carin and Chad
