To all of Vera's family, God has added a wonderful angel to his Heavenly family. I first knew her when all the country grade schools would get together and have their yearly day at the armory and when Janice and I were in confirmation at Pella together. She was always so kind, warm, and welcoming when Janice would ask if I could go to the Saddle Club with her. May she rest in peace and may all of you be blessed with your memories shared. With sympathy, love, and prayers, Charlotte Simonsen Guptill

My parents were good friends with Vera and Danny and I remember fun times at the Saddle Club and their monthly card parties. They got my family more involved with horses. Vera was always such a kind and gentle person and they were both "salt of the earth" people. What a special person your mother was. Hugs.

Dear Anderson Family,
Been a long time since the days of your father and my father roping at your place as we were just kids loading the calves but I can remember our mothers laughing at the guys and cooking those fabulous meals. I have one great memory photo of your mother by the arena with this great big, happy smile. Reading her early history was from a time long forgotten, she knew hard times, survived them well and was still smiling and enjoying life as I remember her from those special days.
With our heartfelt sympathy,
Bob & Cathy Iversen

A nicer person I have never met. Spent a lot of time at Danny and Vera's house in my younger years. Both were kind and patient and welcoming to all. Rest in peace Aunt Vera. Very sorry for your loss cousins and families.
