Susan "Susie" Louise Rehbein
February 7, 1950 - December 19, 2017

Place of Birth: Mandan, North Dakota
Residence: Sidney, Montana
Age: 67

Susan “Susie” Louise passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at her home in Sidney. She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed beyond measure.
Susan “Susie” Louise was born on February 7, 1950, in Mandan, ND to James and Clementine (Neibauer) Belohlavek. They lived in Huff, ND until 1962, when the family moved into Mandan. Susie went to a one room country school until the 8th grade. She graduated from The Mandan high school in 1968. Susie worked at 1st National Bank right out of high school. She married Gene Heck in 1970. They welcomed their son Brian and were married for over 20 years.
Susie was the assistant manager at Payless shoes and later worked for Truck Suppliers in Mandan. This brought her to their branch in Sidney in 1981. She worked there for 26 years, until the store closed. Susie also waitressed and bartended at the Triangle Night Club where she met the love of her life, Kent Rehbein. They were married on St. Patrick’s Day in 2000. Susie loved all of the friends she made at the Triangle and was very sad when the business burnt down. She decided the retirement life wasn’t for her and has loved working part time at the Reynold’s bakery where she made even more friends.
Susie loved cooking for her son, step-sons, and their wives and children on holidays. A special time cherished by all. The highlight of Susie’s life was her grandchildren. She never missed a dance recital or a baseball game.
Surviving her are: her husband, Kent Rehbein, Sidney, MT; her son, Brian (Robyn) Heck, Sidney, MT; her step-sons, Jason (Dawn) Rehbein, Sidney, MT and Josh (Tammy) Rehbein, Richey, MT; her grandchildren, Cammy and Cayden Heck, Casey and Carter Rehbein, Dally and Judd Rehbein; her brother, George (Janice) Belohlavek, Mandan, ND; her sisters, Kathy Mosbrucker, Mandan, ND and Debbie (Lyle) Gabel, Bismarck, ND.
She is preceded in death by: her parents; her brother, Jim Belohlavek; and her sister, Marian Lord.
