It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
Paul E. Brannan
February 7, 1938 - February 27, 2019

Place of Birth: Phoenixville, PA
Residence: Sidney, Montana
Age: 81

Rev. Paul Brannan, 81, Sidney MT, went to be with his heavenly father on February 27th, 2019.

Rev. Paul Eugene Brannan was born on February 7th, 1938 in Phoenixville, PA to William and Marie Brannan. He attended Charlestown Elementary School, and graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1955. He went on to Williamson Trade School, where he graduated in 1958 with a Masonry Degree. He was a very accomplished Brick, Block and Stone mason. He enjoyed building many fireplaces in his time.

On July 19th 1958 he married the love of his life, Sarah “Sally” Cunningham Brannan. Their first child Curtis was stillborn at 8 months. After that Paul Jr, Jeffery Lee, Penny Sue, Cheryl Ann and Robyn Jo, were added to the family. During this time Paul continued his education by graduating from Columbia Bible College in 1967, Freelandia College and Seminary in 1982, got a Bachelors in Religious Education and a Masters in Theology. His dream was to be a professor in a college, but his heavenly father had different plans for him. He was to be a shepherd in many churches for over 50 years teaching the gospel and leading many to the lord. His dedication and Faith in Christ was unending and never wavered. If there wasn’t money for something that was needed, he would pray for it and believe God would answer. God never let him down. He would always say My Heavenly Father will provide All our needs.

Paul enjoyed many things in his life; Hunting, fishing, golf, football, singing, baseball. He liked getting a good baseball game going with his children, friends and kids around the block. He didn’t care for basketball unless his children or grandchildren were playing, then you could find him in the stands with a bag of popcorn and cheering them on. He loved music so much he started his own singing group called the Montana Connection, which consisted of himself, his wife, and his children, bringing the gospel of Christ to many through music. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club, North American Fishing Club, Handyman of America and several different city Ministerial Associations.

He would like to be remembered as a man who lived by Faith, loved Jesus, and that Jesus lived in him and through him daily.

Surviving him are his two sons Paul “PJ” (Janet) Brannan, Sidney, MT and Lee (Lorrie Miner) Brannan, Chamberlain, SD; his three daughters Penny (Ardee) Tyler, Fairview, OK; Cheryl (Walter) Knudson and Robyn Brannan all of Sidney, MT; his 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father William Brannan, mother Marie Brannan Poore, wife Sally Brannan, son Curtis Allen Brannan, grandson Evan Baumeister and great grandson Ace Baumeister.

Paul was dear friend for many years. It was privilege to service alongside him during his time in Underwood. He loved the Lord and his family and for all of us who knew Paul , our lives are richer because of that relationship.
To Paul's family my prayers are with you.

A solid man of God who served his Mater and Savior faithfully. Taught me a lot about the work and power of the Holy Spirit in every believer. We had many private discussions about how much he loved each and every one of his children and I prayed daily that he would have a renewed relationship with them. Hopefully someday?
