I have had the pleasure to call Art a friend for many years. Took care of Grace at Bethel. Even after her passing, Art was a friend to many residents and Staff at Bethel. He loved to visit, talk old times, and play cards. He was a frequent patron of our ice cream parlor. He was very kind and faithful to Grace when she was sick. He was such a nice man, would always stop at my new job and visit when he was back in Williston. I could count on a nice warm, genuine hug from him. A life well lived. Rest easy my friend.

Many memories of Art B while I was growing up in Polson from cherry picking to salmon snagging! We were blessed to attend Art B & Bev's wedding in Williston. Pastor Deiterle even nicknamed me "Stady" as he pastored in the Dickinson area after he left Williston area.
Condolences to Bev and family!

Our sincere condolesences to the family and Bev. Art was dearly loved. We are going to miss him greatly. So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice and no one will take your joy from you. John 16:22

Beverly, I remember you visiting in Zahl and I visiting my cousin, Edwina’s family there for a few summers. Oscar of course has many memories of high school when he and Art were in the same class. I was in the same class as LeRoy. Oscar missed not having you visit lately and remembers fondly his visit to your place on the island! You have our sympathy and want you to know that if there is anything we can do here in Williston, to please let us know.

In our "growing-up" years we were called "Big Art" and "Little Art" and where one was the other was also. Rarely were we not doing something together. We remained lifelong friends. He was and still is my best friend.
