I’m so sorry for your loss. Mr Giese was my favorite teacher in Savage,Montana, from 7th grade until I graduated in 1972. He taught science and biology. His passion for science made me love all things associated with science and especially biology. He was an excellent teacher and taught me how to be a good student He also taught us how to take notes in class and how to study. Because of him I went on to graduate from Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and had a successful life. He was also a major role model in how to be a good person in life. If TikTok would have been around then he would be a #1 influencer.

Being a neighbor of Gene's I would meet him in the hallway at times. He was so friendly and always so nice. I can see what an accomplished man he was and will be missed. Condolences to his family.

Gene aka “Geno McBeno” was one of my closest friends for the past dozen years. He was in the prayer trenches with me when my daughter was ill, sending her flowers and cards to encourage her and to remind her that Jesus had a plan and wouldn’t forsake her. When she passed away in a car accident in 2015, he prayed unceasingly and showed such genuine kindness and encouragement to this grieving mama. He was a wonderful prayer warrior, with page long lists of people in need of prayer, and he was generous in every way. His benevolent spirit often opened him up to being taken advantage of. Although that infuriated those of us who loved him and watched out for him, he was adamant that God had provided him with the money and wanted him to help people with it. And that is what he did! I often ponder how beautiful and joyous the reunion in Heaven must have been for Gene, with so many loved ones awaiting him there, especially his beloved Savior, Jesus Christ. I miss my friend. I miss his mischievous jokes and his silly “101 Reasons Why”. Friends, you know what I’m talking about! I miss praying with him, his rendition of “They Call the Wind Mariah”, and I realllly miss his hugs. But, like my daughter, Yvonne, Amber and everyone residing There, Gene is happy, whole, and Home. Blessings to all of Gene’s friends and family. Rest assured, he is still praying for you.
